Team inLOGIC!!

The team at inLOGIC is ready to provide consultative services and support during each stage. Our team of experts will help you make the right choices for your business.

Assessment Stage

Regardless of what kind of system you are using today, we look at your needs and based on an assessment, establish a recommendation and a path forward.

  • Survey the IT environment
  • Available resources, source data volume, numbers of different source schema
  • Number and types of different access methods and platforms
  • Data and database structure, and the amount of data aggregation required

This includes looking at the resource requirement to manage and run your existing system including the time required to manage discrepancies and exceptions.

Analysis Stage

The next stage is to analyze the findings and provide a series of options and alternatives based on the data. We also attempt to capture and quantify the impact on sales productivity when sidetracked with time spent correcting errors, discrepancies and ill will.

Implementation Stage

During this phase, our goal is to minimize the impact on the sales groups, support staff and management. Whenever possible, we recommend running redundant systems during the implementation phase to ensure continuity and minimize interruption.
Here are some key things to consider during a system migration:

  • Create a data migration plan that integrates with the overall implementation
  • Identify when and how your data can best be utilized in pilot testing
  • Provide guidance on “data cleansing” requirements and techniques
  • Offer recommendations on “data validation” methodology
  • Detail security and availability requirements
  • Define migration requirements
  • Design the appropriate consolidation or replacement platform

This includes looking at the resource requirement to manage and run your existing system including the time required to manage discrepancies and exceptions.

Commercial Deployment

One of the benefits of inLOGIC is in our ability to deploy a system in a very short window. This does not mean we cut corners in testing and implementation, it is in the way we designed and built our system. We can be ready to go in as early as 20 minutes.
